A.    The Executive Board shall consist of the elected officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, two (2) Board Members, and an Ex-officio).

B.    Duties:  The corporate duties, affairs and policies of the Association shall be exercised and conducted by the Executive Board in an appropriate manner based on the association’s Code of Conduct and Oath of Office.  The official property shall be maintained and secured in an appropriate manner.  The primary function of the Executive Board shall be to formulate the policy of the Association.

The EB voted and approved in the 2008 AGM that the positions of President, Treasurer, Secretary, Ex-officio and one Board Member will serve a two-year term. The Vice President, Asst. Secty/Treasurer and the second Board Member will serve a two-year term also.
