ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – RESCHEDULED

After careful consideration, the Executive Board has made the decision to reschedule the Annual General Meeting of April 25, 2020 and the elections for five open positions on the Executive Board. This decision to reschedule the meeting was not made lightly. 

The Executive Board hopes that this communication finds each of you and your loved ones safe and well. 

As you are aware, United States of America is in COVID-19 crisis mode. This crisis has placed a huge burden on many families who have been personally affected by the pandemic. During this traumatic moment, we are cognizant that your focus and attention may be urgently needed elsewhere and that it would insensitive and unreasonable to request a meeting of the general membership of the association at this time. Given these facts, the Executive Board has decided to host the Annual General Meeting in October 2020. At that time, elections will be held for the open Executive Board positions. The present officers on the Executive Board have agreed and will continue to hold their positions and functions until that time. 

We continue to hold everyone in our thoughts and prayers as we all journey through this pandemic. Please feel free to reach out to each other for moral support if you are feeling overwhelmed. We are all here for each other.
