ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – April 1, 2023 – 1 PM EST
Dear Members:
Our best wishes to you and your families for a new year blessed with love, health, peace, and happiness. We hope you and your families are staying safe.
Our fiscal year ends on March 31, 2023. The Annual General Meeting is on Saturday, April 1, 2023, when elections will be held for the following positions: Vice President, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, and one (1) Board Member.
The Membership Committee will notify you shortly if your membership is up for renewal at the end of this fiscal year. All members have the right to vote at this meeting.
Further information will be communicated from the Nominations Committee in regard to the election process.
